Subscription is the type of payment that instead of paying for the whole service, you pay for the service in smaller parts.

For design, when you subscribe to a design service. You can add as many task as you want, revise as many time as it’s needed until it’s perfectly match your needs. This provide a flexibility that traditional fixed rate could not. As you can cancel the service anytime, no contract, no restriction.

Let’s say your startup is planning to cut on the design budget to funnel more into development, you can cancel the subscription with us and therefore, continue your business plan with no problem. Compared to traditional fixed rate, you will have to wait for the contract to expire which might hurt your business more. Especially for small to medium businesses and startups, where being flexible and the ability to change and adapt is seriously important.

On Walk and Run plan, you can add 1 task at a time with each task differs in the time needed to complete. On our highest plan, you can have 2 tasks at one time simultaneously.

In reality, we try to be more flexible than that. Even if you already have a task active, if the task is coming close to an end, we can let you add 1 more task to get it started so there will be no down time. Same with the highest plan. We will let you know if a new task is available to be added.

For Fixed model, we offer up to 2 revisions per project milestone. For example, with a product design project, you can get 2 revisions for the wireframe, 2 revisions for each screen/flow design, and so on... But if it's needed, we can continue with more revision, just let us know. If the changes/fixes are not big, we won't even consider it as a revision.

For Subscription model, one of its best advantage is the unlimited revision offer. We can continue to iterate, fix, change until you are fully happy with the result.

Short answer, No. Long answer, a designer from our team will be tasked with communicating and working closely with you. Most of the time, the one in communication with you is also responsible for your task. But at ECH0, to reduce personal bias and to better keep up with deadlines, 1 - 2 designers can jump on a task at one time if needed. For bigger scope projects, even 3 designers work together. This also help keep the communication going smoothly in the long road.

Absolutely. If requested, we will send you the source file (most of the time Figma file). But we retain our rights to own a copy of any design file we made for internal training purposes or to better improve our process continuously. We would make sure any of your private information is secured.

We will add you to a Trello workspace, and from there, you can start adding tasks on. For initial tasks, we will not ask you to pay the subscription fee yet untill all initial tasks are set and ready to roll.

Tasks can be hard for you to manage, we understand that. So we jump in  to help. You can create your tasks as you want, then we will check and help you break your tasks, or combine them until they are ready.

We average 2 - 3 days per task. But this depend greatly on the type of task and how urgent it is to you some times. For a social media banner, we can do it in 1 day on a good day. But for a hard UI/UX screen, it can take longer due to extended research time. We will estimate and let you know along the way when the time is wrong.

No problem! Revisions are part of the process. Design is collaborative, and we want to get it right. You can request as many revisions as needed until you're happy with the result. Just send clear feedback, and we’ll iterate quickly to match your vision. Revisions, depending on its site, most of the time we don't count it as a new task. But we will let you know if the revision time can take longer and affect the next tasks.
