Receive & Clarify
After receiving your requirements, we delve into it and see what else we might need, along with questions to further clarify various needed aspects of the project, including: graphic resources, goals, targets, development capabilities...
User flow & Sitemap
We always start by doing some user flows and laying out sitemap to make sure we understand and have enough resources and information to start.
File Setup
While we working on the user flow and site map, we start set up the file in Figma with pages and a base style guide/design system based on the size of the project.
Design
We start the design process by setting the priority of flows and divide each flow into its own page. After each design, we will leave notes and explanations if necessary. Then you can come in and review while we continue the next flows in to save time and come back to fix your feedback when available.
Dev Support
After the design is all done or at least 80% - 90% done, we can start handling the finished parts to the development team. We will note down necessary information for the dev team and continuously support the development on the road.

What’s your typical process like?
We start with a discovery session to understand your goals, users, and challenges. Then it’s online research, sketching, and iterating until we’ve got a design that’s beautiful and functional.
We keep you looped in every step of the way. No design black boxes here!
How long does a design project usually take?
It depends on the scope, but most of our projects fall between 2 to 6 weeks. Even faster if you are in a hurry. But of course, the faster it needs the more we need to charge for.
If you are not sure about the scope of your project, you can always utilize our Subscription model as it would help to keep your budget in check while exploring every possible direction for your product.

Can you work with my developer (or dev team)?
Absolutely! We love collaborating with dev teams. We’ll make sure our designs are developer-friendly, share specs via tools like Figma, and even hop on Slack or Discord to smooth out the handoff. Great design means nothing if it can’t be built so we’re team players all the way.
Do you do branding too?
If you need help with branding (like a logo, color palette, or brand system), just say the word—we can include that as part of the package.
Again our Subscription model would be really helpful if you need more than just product design. With subscription, we can work on multiple things on the road.
How does design subscription work?
Subscription is the type of payment that instead of paying for the whole service, you pay for the service in smaller parts.
For design, when you subscribe to a design service. You can add as many task as you want, revise as many time as it’s needed until it’s perfectly match your needs. This provide a flexibility that traditional fixed rate could not. As you can cancel the service anytime, no contract, no restriction.
Let’s say your startup is planning to cut on the design budget to funnel more into development, you can cancel the subscription with us and therefore, continue your business plan with no problem. Compared to traditional fixed rate, you will have to wait for the contract to expire which might hurt your business more. Especially for small to medium businesses and startups, where being flexible and the ability to change and adapt is seriously important.
